Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 27, 2014, at around 22:00, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s taxi business by force due to a lack of force on the part of the victim’s taxi in the vicinity of the Busanjin-gu, Busan at around 22:30 on April 27, 2014, when the victim C (the age of 54) arrived at the front of the Gu F Hospital located in the Dong-gu, Busan, which was designated as the destination by the Defendant, at around 22:30 on April 27, 2014.

On April 27, 2014, around 22:00, the Defendant took the same attitude that the Defendant would pay the victim C with the taxi expenses, and had the victim take the Defendant in front of the Gu F Hospital located in the Dong-gu, Busan, which was designated as the destination of the Defendant, as the freight for the above mobile section, and had the victim take the Defendant in front of the Gu F Hospital located in the Dong-gu, Busan, which was designated as the destination of the Defendant, acquire property profits equivalent to 11,500 won of the taxi expenses, which
