Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the representative director of Defendant B (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Company”) who is established for the purpose of food transportation business and distribution specialized business in Geum-gu, Busan.
1. Defendant A
A. On February 28, 2013, the Defendant issued orders to change the distribution period of products of sexual satise (processed products) to the director of the Defendant Company, and the Defendant’s wife, E, etc. in order to facilitate the smooth delivery of products, the distribution period of which is imminent.
Accordingly, around February 28, 2013, the distribution period of E, etc. was changed from March 17, 2013 to June 10, 2013 to the first floor office of the above defendant company, and then the distribution period of the total of 45 kgs (10 gs in four straws, ten straws, and 10 straws) was changed from March 17, 2013 to June 10, 2013.
As a result, the Defendant conspired with the above E to indicate the circulation period of food, thereby making a false indication of food by indicating false contents.
(2) On March 14, 2013, the Defendant instructed the foregoing E, etc., etc. to change the distribution period of the instant water storage product for smooth supply of the products, the distribution period of which is imminent.
Accordingly, around March 14, 2013, the distribution period indicated in the parcel-post of the Defendant Company’s 1st floor of the Defendant Company was three tons, and the distribution period was changed from July 21, 2013 to September 22, 2013 from July 21, 2013 to the 37th class of the 37th class of the company’s goods.
As a result, the Defendant conspired with the above E to indicate the circulation period of food, thereby making a false indication of food by indicating false contents.
