Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who manufactures and sells “E” which is a mixed beverage in A, a food manufacturing and processing business establishment in Gyeonggi-si C.

No one shall place any indication or advertisement with any false content in indicating the date of manufacture or distribution or the expiration date of food, etc.

Nevertheless, from October 201 to November 201, 201, the Defendant manufactured “E”, which is a mixed beverage that was requested to manufacture and process from the G, Gangnam-gu Seoul F Building A, Seoul, to keep it in its own warehouse. However, due to the sales progress of “E” products sold by the K, a large number of inventory remains, and as a result, the distribution period of “E” remains imminent, the Defendant had attempted to alter the distribution period of “E”.

On July 10, 2012, the Defendant directed the Defendant Company D’s employees H, working at the Defendant Company, and indicated that “E” is different from the fact by arbitrarily extending the distribution period of approximately 235 mp (500 mp x 20 mp x 259 days) by altering the distribution period to “not later than October 23, 2012,” the original distribution period indicated in “E” by means of a re-alpating the distribution period to “not later than July 9, 2013.”
