Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who served as the president of the CFederation, a corporate incorporated in B, was a person who was aware of the fact that he was elected from the 7th national local election held on June 13, 2018 to the D market candidate, and the F from the above election to the candidate of D City Council members and was elected as the adviser of the said federation.
