Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and a fine of 150,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:00 on January 8, 2020, the Defendant was driving a 50cc obbane without obtaining a license license from a section of about 1km from the road in front of the C market in Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, to the road in front of the E in D, without obtaining a license for a motorcycle.

2. In the case where the victim B (the age of 60) neglected his own horses at the time and time set forth in the above 1.1. paragraph, the injured Defendant assaulted the victim, by hand, on the part of the victim, that the victim B (the age of 60) neglected his own horses, and boomed the victim's chest part by pushing the victim's chest, and boomed the victim's face part by cutting the victim's finger, and boomed the victim's face part once with the damaged hand, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as an inner part and the right side part, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

3. On December 15, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of three million won or more due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Western Branch of the Daegu District Court.

On January 8, 2020, at around 00:15, the Defendant was required to comply with the alcohol alcohol measurement by inserting the whole part of it into a drinking measuring instrument three times in total on three occasions at around 00:19, around 00:24, around 00:29, and around 00:29.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not comply with a police officer's request for sobage measurement without justifiable grounds.
