A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On May 24, 2013, around 02:00, the Defendant, at the home of the victim D, a middle school dong, a middle school under the C underground 1 in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, destroyed the gap in which the victim was under influence of alcohol, and stolen one debit card of the bank from the wall owned by the victim on his/her book.
B. Around 02:00 on January 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by putting one of the victim E’s resident registration certificates owned by the victim in front of the driver’s seat and one of the smartphone cards with one of the victim’s resident registration certificates in front of the driver’s seat and one of the case’s market price of 1,160,000 won in a galth-rith-ri-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-rith-ri
C. Around 10:00 on February 22, 2014, at the victim G’s house located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F and 402, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the gap in which the victim was under the influence of alcohol; and (b) destroyed the victim’s market price located in the room, one gallon lus lusium 80,000 won in the market price owned by the victim.
At around 06:00 on March 19, 2014, the Defendant then stolen 3 smartphones at the victim J and the victim K’s joint resting room located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, with one copy of the victim J’s resident registration certificate attached to a smartphone charging machine, and 700,000 won of the market price in the case.
E.
