A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. On March 25, 2013, around 01:30, 01: (a) confirmed that there is no person in the surrounding area at the PC room located in Seocho-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) took one of the HTC mobile phones ( model name PG58120) at the victim F’s market price, which was displayed at the PC contact; and (c) cut off and steals one of the HTC mobile phones ( model name PG58120) equivalent to KRW 40,000,

At around 22:00, at the PC room above E, 15.22:00, the victim G accessed creshes and frys a cell phone (a model name IM-A770K) with a white scar equivalent to KRW 100,000 at the market price owned by the above victim, which was stored in a bank by approaching the creshes of the victim G, and cut off;

4. At around 02:00, at the PC room above E, 19:10, the victim H accessed the cresh in which the victim H was divingd and then sticked to the PC Contac and then cut off the EL options mobile phone ( model name LG-F240S) at the market price of the above victim-owned 80,000 won.
