Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant stolen smartphones from soup, soup, with a view to preparing the remaining living expenses due to poor living conditions, and thought to sell them.

1. At around 07:10 on November 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed soup the soup “C” as set forth in paragraph (1) of the same Article; (b) on the same method, the Defendant stolen, with one Samsung Galthal 2 smartphone in an amount equivalent to KRW 700,000, the market price of the victim E-owned.

3. On November 24, 2012, around 06:44, the Defendant: (a) committed soup the soup “C” as set forth in paragraph (1) of the same Article, with one opon 4 smartphones equivalent to KRW 700,000 in the market price owned by the victim F.

4. On December 1, 2012, at around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Victim I’s mobile phone case amounting to KRW 20,000 at the market price in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu; (b) and (c) cut off with one Samsung Ggalon smartphone amounting to KRW 1,00,000 at the market price located therein, and with Samsung Ggalon smartphone amounting to KRW 1,00,000 at the market price.

5. At around 03:00 on February 17, 2013, the Defendant, within the “Hing soup” as set forth in paragraph (1) above, stolen with one Samsung Gallon 2 smartphone and one IM in the market value equivalent to KRW 700,000, the victim J-owned market in the same manner as set forth in paragraph (1) above.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property amounting to KRW 4,270,000 from five victims.
