Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 29, 2014, at around 09:00 to 11:00, the Defendant stolen the victim D’s physical card owned by the victim from the body of the victim, who was outside the body of the body of the victim and was off the body of another victim, in the body of the post office card owned by the victim, from the body of the victim, who was off the body of the victim and was off the body of the victim.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and fraud;

A. On April 29, 2014, around 10:52, the Defendant purchased gold bars equivalent to 1.180,000 won from the “J” operated by the victim I located in H of Won-si, and had the victim make payment by presenting the stolen post office cream card as if he was his card, and acquired a stolen debit card and an equivalent pecuniary profit.

C. On April 29, 2014, around 13:27, the Defendant purchased drinking water, etc. equivalent to KRW 30,500, from a store operated by the victim in the name of “L resting area” located in K, Cheongju-si, and caused the victim to use a stolen debit card and obtain pecuniary profits equivalent to the same amount by allowing the victim to use a stolen debit card by presenting the stolen post office card as his/her card as if it were his/her card.
