A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 11, 2017, around 18:55, the Defendant: (a) expressed that “D” in front of the Busan Jin-gu Busan, would have seen the victim E ( South, 70 years old); and (b) committed assault on the part of the victim’s flapsing and spathing with the victim E (North, and 70 years old).
