Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim in front of the “C Parking Lot located in Busan, Jin-gu, Busan on March 16, 2018; (b) on the ground that the victim D (62 aged) of the parking lot manager did not give priority to shipping the Defendant’s vehicle, and (c) was debrised with the victim’s breath, and was sealed by the breath, and was committed assault against the victim by drinking the breath of the victim.

2. Around March 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault at the above location; (b) sought to escape; (c) received a 112 report; and (d) received a demand from the FF in the situation where the Busan Police Station E District was affiliated with the Busan Police Station E District, to refrain from escape; and (c) to disclose personal information, such as “a sprinke flaf, flaf,” and “a flaf flaf flaf flaf,” and committed an assault by both hand, such as flafing the flaf’s flab and pusheding the chest.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the prevention and investigation of crimes.
