Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On December 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Daejeon District Court on March 4, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on March 4, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
In order to raise entertainment funds, the Defendant stolen cash cards, passbooks, etc. against older persons who use cash withdrawal machines, and had the intent to withdraw deposits from the account using the said cash cards, etc.
1.
