1. Larceny;
A. Around 08:00 on September 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a f bank body card (credit card number: G) holding one copy of the victim’s cell phone case in the victim’s cell phone case located in the E company dormitory where the Defendant and the victim D live together in the E company B building C, and the victim D resided.
B. On September 13, 2017, from around 09:26 to around 09:32 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) collected DNA’s physical card, such as the statement in paragraph 1(a), and entered a password prior to the victim’s name, and subsequently stolen DNA deposits on six occasions against the will of the manager of the said cash payment period, for which the victim’s name cannot be identified; and (b) subsequently, he/she withdrawn six million won from the sum of D deposits on six occasions against the will of the manager of the said cash payment period, in which the victim’s name cannot be identified.
2. Around 09:10 on September 13, 2017, the Defendant used computers, etc.: (a) entered the cash payment period at the fixed-nam post office located in 195, 195, with the personal identification card of the victim D, which was stolen as described in paragraph (a), and transferred 6 million won to the J Union account (Account Number:K) in the name of the Defendant; and (b) transferred 24 million won in total by the following methods four times from that date until 09:33 on the same day: as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Form 1.
Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits by inputting information without authority into a computer or any other information processing device.

1. The defrauded is a person living together with the victim in Gangnam-gu Seoul, a residence of the victim, from October 11, 2017 to November 13, 2017. The defrauded is a person living together with the victim in accordance with subparagraph n of the Gangnam-gu, Seoul, a residence of the victim.
The defendant around October 12, 2017 refers to the victim in his/her residence.
