Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;
A. On July 3, 2014, at around 07:00, the Defendant discovered two LPG gas pipes (20 km) equivalent to the total market value of the victim’s possession of the commercial building on the first floor, which was opened up in front of the victim D’s residential building located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and discovered two out of the entrance, which was opened adjacent to the victim’s residential building, and removed the valve from the gas tank, and then removed the ice connected to the valve, and then cut down it.
B. On July 12, 2014, at around 16:50, the Defendant discovered a number of LPG gas pipes (20km) equivalent to the market price of the victim owned by the victim who was set up adjacent to the first floor of the building by entering into the entrance opened in front of the victim F’s residential building located in Ulsan-gu E, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and then removed a valve from the gas tank and dismantled a ice connected to the valve, and then removed it.
2. On July 5, 2014, the Defendant discovered two LPG gas stations (20km) equivalent to the total market value of 80,000 won owned by the victim, which was installed adjacent to his/her wall, at the victim H located adjacent to his/her wall in Ulsan-gu G on July 5, 2014, and dismantled the valve of the gas tank and then cut it by carrying it into the Defendant’s ozone part, and then cut it by carrying it into the Defendant’s front part, from around that time to July 12, 2014, the Defendant cut off 8 LPG gas stations (20,000g) at a total of 320,00 won by the same method as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. On July 5, 2014, around 15:50 on July 5, 2014, the Defendant driven a 49C obane without obtaining a license for a motorcycle on the front road of Ulsan-gu G, Ulsan-gu.
B. On July 13, 2014, at around 16:50, the Defendant driven the above motorcycleba without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license on the front road of the Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 94 (Ulong-dong), the Special Metropolitan City Mayor for the Fire Stacking Integrated Market.
