2. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;

A. On June 9, 2014, at around 10:00, the Defendant intruded into the entrance of the victim I located in Ulsan Jung-gu, Ulsan-gu, with the entrance opened in front of the house of the victim I, and discovered one LPG gas supply (20 km) at the market price of the victim’s ownership, which was installed in the area of the Gu seated, and removed the valve from the gas tank and dismantled the ice connected with the valve, and then loaded it into the Defendant’s lebane.

B. On June 16, 2014, from around 17:00 to 05:00 of the following day, the Defendant intruded into the house of the victim K located in Ulsan-guJ by the entrance opened in front of the house of the victim K, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and discovered one LPG gas (20,000g) of the market price owned by the victim, which was installed behind the house of the first floor, and dismantled the valve of the gas tank, and then cut off it on the Defendant’s part.
