A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the head of the “C” registry at Sacheon-si.

The Defendant had been working in C as a seafarer and was employed in C by the Victim D (24 tax, nationality Vietnam, D) who had been employed by the Defendant for his own day.

On March 26, 2018, upon finding out the fact that E had to embark on the ship, he/she sought on the restaurant container of “E” located in Sacheon-si F on March 26, 2018, and sought to request the victim D to embark on the ship. However, the victim G (37 years old), the victim H (43 years old), the victim I (24 years old), and the victim I (24 years old) tried to release the Defendant from the container, damage gas, and threaten the victims.

1. The Defendant damaged a special property by using a knife knife, which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen at the above time and at the above place for the foregoing reasons, opened a gas valve in the LPG gas tank, and then destroying the gas knife owned by the victim J.

2. Special intimidation: (a) the Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, knife a knife for the main use of dangerous objects at the above time and place; (b) emitted gas, which is a dangerous substance, as well as gas gas, and (c) took an attitude that would inflict any harm on the victim D, the victim G, the victim H, and the victim I due to gas addiction or explosion; and (d) threatened the victims to capture them to the outside.

3. The Defendant, at the above date and time, opened a valve in the LPG gas tank as described in the above paragraphs 1 and 2, and knife the gas tank, and emitted approximately 2 minutes of LPG gas.

Accordingly, the Defendant released gas, thereby causing danger to human life, body, and property.
