The grounds for appeal by the Defendants cited in the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are justified even if examining the evidence submitted in the court of first instance.

Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is identical to that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is accepted by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil

(However, the decision of the court of first instance is legitimate, so the defendants' appeal is dismissed in entirety. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
