Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance.

(However, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and all appeals filed by the defendants are dismissed as they are without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition by the court of first instance.
