Purport of claim and appeal

The grounds for appeal by the Defendants cited in the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance shows the evidence submitted in this court, the fact-finding and judgment in the court of first instance are justified.

Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance.

(However, the part of the judgment of the court of first instance as to Codefendant A and D, which became separate and conclusive, shall be accepted in all of the plaintiff's claims against the defendants, and the judgment of the court of first instance is justified with the conclusion as above. Thus, the appeal by the defendants is dismissed as all of the grounds for appeal.
