Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a line freight vehicle B.

No person shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, around 19:54 on October 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 19:54 on the D sales outlet located in Busan Metropolitan City, the registration license plate was set up in front of the said cargo vehicle parked in order to avoid the illegal parking and stopping control camera on the D sales outlet located in Busan Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number of the registration number plate.
