Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a business owner who operates a marina business with the trade name "Cmast" on the B3th floor of Busan Seo-gu, B.

On September 30, 2015, the Defendant received 120,000 won from the control police officer who pretended to be a customer at the above business establishment as a consideration for sexual traffic, and provided guidance to him as a smuggling of the above business establishment, and had D employees who are women in sexual traffic do similar acts, thereby engaging in sexual traffic mediation.
