A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was a person who operates a marina business in the name of “C” on the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu second floor, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) requested D, who was around December 19, 2016, to temporarily open the said business.

At around 20:00 on the same day, D received 1.20,000 won from two police officers who are pretended to be customers in the above business place, and provided guidance to police officers, respectively, and the defendant in contact with D that he/she has been a customer. The defendant entered each room where the above police officers were waiting to engage in the similarity act so that he/she can have the E (tentative name) and F (tentative name) of the nationality of the Thailand where he/she is an employee of sexual traffic.

2. On March 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) who operates a marina business in the name of “G” on the second floor of Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) requested that H, who was around around March 21, 2017, temporarily closed the said business.

At around 20:00 on the same day, H received KRW 50,00 from a police officer who pretended to be a customer in the above business place as the price for marina, and provided guidance to the police officer by room, and the defendant in contact with H that he has been a customer from the above business place was urged to enter the room where the above police officer was waiting to engage in the act of similarity, so that he could have the name and person infinite nationality, who is an employee of sexual traffic, and engaged in commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

3. On August 31, 2017, the Defendant received 60,000 won per person under the name of the act of similarity from two police officers who pretended to be customers at the same place as indicated in paragraph (2) on August 31, 2017, and provided guidance to police officers on the number of 60,000, and let female employees waiting to work in the place of business enter each room where customers are customers, and engaged in commercial sex acts, such as arranging sexual traffic.
