A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and six months, and a short term of one year.
Reasons
On May 20, 201, the Defendant had been sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for special larceny in the Ulsan District Court on May 20, 201, which became final and conclusive on September 17, 201, and is currently under suspended sentence.
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. From around 23:00 on August 4, 2012 to around 06:00 on August 5, 2012, 2012, the Defendant discovered that the victim D was under influence of alcohol on the road before the stairs of the Ulsan-gu C&A, Ulsan-gu C&A and stolen the victim with a 80,000 capital / her possession of the victim and a cash 80,000 capital / her possession of the victim / her possession of the victim / her possession, a foreign exchange check 1, a bank credit card of Korea, a new bank / a driver’s license, and a resident registration certificate.

At around 10:01 on August 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased 7 goods, such as one male marization of the Lone Club and one Fbuusets, at the victim’s home store located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; and (b) suggested that he/she was the lawful holder of the above physical card; (b) completed one SSK card, as described in paragraph (1) of the above, and presented that he/she was the employee in charge of the Homepler, as he/she was the lawful holder of the above physical card; (c) one mar male marization at H, namely, one 1, FF speechertts and one marnis; (f) one panty panty typtyty 900; (d) one flue 1, FF character 1, f.m. 1, f.m. 1,000-on 1,000.
