A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Seized evidence No. 1 shall be returned to the victim's name unrefilled person.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 9:54, the victim D in Ulsandong-gu, Ulsan-gu, operated by the victim D; (b) opened a credit cooperative box in which employees were in a knife in a knife in a knife in a knife and stolen a 350,000 won in cash owned by the victim.
2. On September 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a H-top vehicle owned by G with no corrective device on the front side of the Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) opened a door of a H-top vehicle owned by the victim G with no corrective device; and (c) stolen the cash amounting to KRW 8,000, in cash owned by the victim of the contact.
3. At around 17:00 on September 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a motor vehicle numberless car numberless passenger cars owned by the victim, which were parked without the corrective device, in a movable apartment parking lot located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-ro 46-ro, Ulsan-gu; and (b) cut off with a single knife white bag and a cash worth of 40,000 won in the market price owned by the victim.
4. At around 15:10 on September 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) placed a yellow apartment parking lot in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) opened a locking system by inserting arms in the gap of the windows of the driver’s seat of J-si vehicles owned by the victim I and opened the locking system; and (c) placed in the container sowing-si with one taxi driver’s license, one driver’s license, one resident registration certificate, one new card, and one bank card in Korea.
5. At around 17:30 on September 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a DNA verification color franchise (TG) vehicle that the victim MM parked without a correction device; and (b) one MM (MCM) shop with the victim’s own market value of KRW 900,000,000 on the part of the victim, and one M (MM) wall with the market value of KRW 300,000,000 on the part of the bank; (c) one M (MM) shop with the land value of KRW 270,000,000 in total; and (d) 50,000,000,000 won in total, including two purchase tickets, and two purchase tickets.
