A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 2546"
1. On September 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) came to a “D” restaurant operated by the injured party C at a leisure city B; (b) went to a “D”; and (c) went to the said restaurant through the window of the main room following the said restaurant, which was not locked on the intent of theft of property; (d) went to the said restaurant; and (e) stolen the cash, which was 50,000 won, owned by the injured party inside the credit cooperative for calculation.
2. On October 3, 2018, at around 14:57, the Defendant: (a) went to a “G” restaurant operated by the Victim F, F, who was in F, who did not locked the property; (b) went to the said restaurant through the window of the main room following the said restaurant, which was not locked by the Defendant; and (c) stolen, with cash worth of KRW 50,000,000, which was owned by the victim and was located in the credit cooperative in the calculation unit.
3. On October 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the property at the “J” restaurant operated by the victim I who was in W at Sh on a leisure time; (b) and (c) ordered the victim’s food and drink to the victim; and (d) took advantage of the gap in the victim’s home room where the victim was placed adjacent to his/her calculation unit by taking advantage of the gap in which he/she was able to take away the property; and (c) cut off one female-use wall equivalent to KRW 200,000,000 at the market price of 20,000,000,000 won.

1. On November 30, 2018, the Defendant opened a warehouse that was not corrected in front of a “M” restaurant operated by the victim L, the Defendant, on November 30, 2018, and intruded into the said restaurant, and then stolen cash of KRW 300,000,000, which was located in the large credit cooperative.
2. On December 7, 2018, around 14:18, the Defendant opened a gate that was not corrected in front of the “P” restaurant operated by the victim’sO located in the Y in the netcheon-si, and intruded into the said restaurant, the Defendant stolen the Defendant with one wall of KRW 70,000 at the market price where the cash 145,000, in the possession of the victim’s cash on the settlement stand, was located.
