A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has been engaged in the sale and purchase of used cars in the “D” used cars located in Seogu, Seogu.

The defendant is the employee of the above office whose name is not known at the above time and place as above in the examination record of the performance status of used cars.
