Defendant
A (one person referred to as "D") is not a person of nationality who enters the Republic of Korea on May 30, 2012, and Defendant B (one person referred to as "E") is not a person of nationality who enters the Republic of Korea on April 11, 2011.
1. Defendant A
A. On January 28, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant purchased a penphone from G in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, for approximately 0.14 g of the Metepopa (hereinafter referred to as the “Mepopaphone”) which is a local mental medicine from H, and 20,000 won to H.
(2) On May 14, 2017, at around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased 12 phiphones from H as soon as 0.84g of philophones from H in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Incheon; (b) paid KRW 1 million to H; (c) purchased phiphones.
(3) On May 14, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased 0.28g from the Defendant’s dwelling at the Defendant’s dwelling to B, such as paragraph (2), and (b) sold phiphones with approximately KRW 0.28g of philophones purchased from B.30,000 from B.
(4) On May 14, 2017, the Defendant, at around 22:00, sold 0.28g of phiphonephones purchased from J, as set forth in paragraph (2), and at around 300,000 won from J, sold phiphones.
(5) On June 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) conspired with B to purchase phiphones; (b) gathered KRW 1.1 million in 50,000; (c) purchased phiphones from L “L”; and (d) purchased phiphones by paying KRW 1100,00 to L, on the front side of K in Asia, around 01:00.
(6) On June 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 04:00, at the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s house, 0.5g Handphones to B; (b) around 18, 2017, around 0.5g Handphones from B at the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s company located in Heung-si M; and (c) purchased and sold the phiphones by taking up 8 omphones from B at the Defendant’s house located in Heung-si around 15:00.
B. On May 14, 2017, upon receipt of a request from N to request the purchase and sale of phiphones by the Defendant, the Defendant was promptly 11 popon 0.7g from Q to Q’s house at the Defendant’s house (one name P) around 13:00.
