A (F) After entering the Republic of Korea on March 12, 2017, on which the period of stay expires on June 10, 2017, a person who illegally stays in the Republic of Korea, Defendant B (hereinafter “G”) or H (hereinafter “H”) shall not be a person whose nationality entered the Republic of Korea on February 26, 2016, and Defendant C (hereinafter “I”) shall have the other nationality who entered the Republic of Korea on September 19, 2015, and Defendant D (hereinafter “I”) shall have the other nationality who entered the Republic of Korea on August 4, 2016, and the other nationality who entered the Republic of Korea on August 4, 2016.

1. Defendant A

A. On May 27, 2017, around 2000, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd to purchase, along with the name “K, penphones, which are a local mental medicine; and (b) purchased the penphones by promptly receiving 1 (00,000 won from D, which was introduced by M at the night of “M” on the second floor of Incheon L, Seo-gu, Incheon, at approximately 0:00 on May 27, 2017.

(2) When the Defendant received a request from N to request to rescue 1g of philophones, the Defendant saw D to request 1g of philophones. On May 28, 2017, 201, she dried up 1g of philophones from theO (P) upon request from D at the house located in M on May 28, 2017, and assisted N to transfer 600,000 won of philophones to the account used by D, at around 10:0 of the same day.

나. 필로폰 투약 (1) 피고인은 2017. 5. 27. 20:00 경 M의 숙소에서 K와 함께 위 가. 의 (1) 항과 같이 매수한 필로폰을 투약기구( 속칭 ‘ 그라 뻥’ )에 넣고 라이터로 가열하여 생긴 연기를 빨대에 입을 대고 번갈아가며 빨아들이는 방법으로 필로폰을 투약하였다.
