A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against victims D;

A. At around 11:00 on October 2014, the Defendant: (a) 11:00, on the ground that the Defendant took a bath for the victim’s attempt to make a match without drinking alcohol and without calculating it; (b) thereby, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force.

2. Crimes against victims G;

A. On July 2014, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force, i.e., taking a bath to the victim on the ground that the victim was the victim by reporting the restaurant customers to take a trial fee during the period of drinking alcohol, and that the victim was the victim.
