1. 피고인은 2016. 1. 30. 19:10 경 부산 동구 B 소재 피해자 C(67 세) 운영의 식당에서 술과 음식을 먹던 중 갑자기 아무런 이유 없이 그곳 손님에게 “ 씹할! 뭘 쳐 다보 노!” 라면 서 시비를 걸고, 이를 말리던 종업원에게 컵을 집어 던지려 하고, 계속하여 욕설하며 테이블을 들었다 놨다 하는 행동을 하고, 소 주병을 바닥에 던져 깨뜨리는 등 행패를 부려 약 30분 동안 위력으로 피해자의 식당 영업 업무를 방해하였다.

On January 17, 2016, around 08:25, the Defendant interfered with the restaurant business of the Victim F (son, 41 years old), who is an employee of the above restaurant, by force, such as: (a) in a “E restaurant located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan; (b) in a “E restaurant; (c) having a meal while drinking while drinking; and (d) having customers go under the influence of alcohol; and (c) having interfered with the restaurant business of the said restaurant.

On January 20, 2016, around 05:00, the Defendant interfered with the operation of the restaurant of the victim I (son, 50 years old), who is the owner of the business, by force, in a “H” restaurant located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, for eating and drinking, and taking a bath without any justifiable reason.

4. On January 24, 2016, the Defendant changed from around 06:0 to around 06:0 to around 3, 2016, to the victim I ( South, 50 years old) who is the owner of the business, in which the Defendant gets a cafeteria and scam in several cafeterias.

The Act interfered with the operation of the restaurant by the victim by force, such as gathering of the reporter and intending to go with the client.
