A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 22, 2014, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s desire to listen to the phrase “I will not come so if I will come so.” (b) he saw the victim as “I will not come so.” (c) sent me to the victim; (d) sent me to the gate; (e) sent me to the gate; and (e) sent me to the gate; and (e) put all the customers who were on the top of the gate in the front line. (e) let all the customers who were on the gate.

The Defendant by force interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force.

2. The Defendant was urged to return home from F of the police officer of the Busan Shipping Police Station Estation, who was dispatched after having received a report of interference with business at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, and the Defendant committed an assault, such as removal by one hand, by holding a police officer G belonging to the said patrol unit, who was sent to the Busan Shipping Station Estation Station, to “if there are many kinds of words, they would be different.”

The Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes.
