Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2013. 10. 6. 09:00경 부산 해운대구 J에 있는 K호텔 신관 앞 노상에서, 그곳까지 타고 온 택시요금을 지불하지 아니한 채 택시 조수석에 누워 일어나지 않는 등의 행패를 부리자, 위 택시기사의 신고로 출동한 부산해운대경찰서 L지구대 순경 M이 피고인에게 “아저씨 일어나세요, K에 도착했어요”라고 말한다는 이유로 위 M에게 “그러면 호텔을 잡아야 될 것 아니냐, 이 개새끼야, 개 십새끼야, 내가 뭘 잘못했는데, 좇 같은 소리 하고 있네”라는 등의 욕설을 하면서 왼쪽 주먹으로 위 M의 왼쪽 턱 부위를 1회 때렸다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted and interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of order of police officers M.
