Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who served as the director of Seongbuk-gu Seoul apartment management office from February 1, 2016 to February 28, 2018.

Around June 17, 2016, the representative meeting of the occupants of the apartment complex, at the office of the above apartment management office, passed a resolution by the construction company for the improvement of the rest area of employees, including apartment security guards, as the lowest bidder company. On June 20, 2016, the defendant did not properly confirm the inclusion of value in the bid price in the public notice to the occupants and did not confirm that the failure of the construction company, which is the actual minimum bidder, was excluded from the bid price, and did not correct it.

1. Around June 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) failed to verify the bid price to E, a general director of the occupants’ meeting at the above apartment management office office; (b) stated that the actual minimum amount of the bid price should be corrected because it did not fall; (c) although there was no consent from the representative, including F, the chairperson of the occupants’ meeting, to change the minutes, the Defendant requested the above E to change the minutes of the meeting of the occupants on June 17, 2016 as if he obtained consent from the representative, and (d) other matters (5) in the minutes of the meeting of the occupants’ meeting held in the above apartment management office; (b) other matters (e) the selection of the construction company to improve the rest time of employees, such as cost, and the recruitment of the bid documentation (Attachment of the bid documentation and the opening list), the Defendant presented a resolution of 17,000,000,0000,000 won, using the minimum portion of the subsidy to be paid to the occupants’ meeting.

Accordingly, the Defendants are the defendants.
