The punishment of imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes set forth in the first and second provisions of the judgment of the defendant shall be sentenced to 8 months, 3 and 4 months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On February 6, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Incheon District Court on February 6, 2013, and was released from Incheon Detention Center as a ruling of revocation of detention on June 18, 2013, and the above ruling became final and conclusive on October 22, 2013, the execution of the above sentence was terminated.

[2015 Highest 6] The Defendant dealt with the following psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related clocks (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

1. On June 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) parked on the street before the residence of D in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; (b) stored approximately 0.05g of philophonephones delivered from D in a single-use injection machine; (c) injected them with water; and (d) administered them in a way of injection into his arms.

2. Around June 30, 2013, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05 gramphonephones delivered from D from the Furher in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, by inserting them into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection with his arms.

"2015 Highest 557" accused is not a person handling narcotics.

A person other than a person handling narcotics shall not sell or administer a psychotropic drug camblopon (one-name copon; hereinafter referred to as "copon").

3. On November 2011, 2013, the Defendant sold a phiphone by taking approximately KRW 0.1g of the 0.2g of a philopon, which was 0.2g of a philopon, which was 100,000 cash from J and purchased from J, and delivering KRW 50,000 in cash to I.

4. The Defendant purchased phiphones as set out in the preceding paragraph, immediately after moving the phiphones to a string room of the Lmotour located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and 0.1g of philophones contained in the single-use injection, and administered phiphones by means of injecting 0.1g of philophones into one’s right part of the blood cells inside the right part.
