Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 22, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 10 million won for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. in the Goyang branch of the Jung-gu District Court on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc., and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 months for the same offense in the same court on September 10, 2009.

1. No one shall arrange any act of creating similarity using part of his/her body, such as sexual intercourse and mouth, or implements in return for giving, receiving, or promising to give, any money, goods or other property benefits to an unspecified person;

From the end of November 2018 to April 1, 2019, the Defendant operated a marina shop with the trade name of “C” on the fifth floor of the building B in Yongsan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City. The Defendant installed eight guest rooms, shower facilities, etc. with the intrusioned price, advertised the said business to “E” with the same content as indicated in paragraph 2., and advertised the said business with seven sexual traffic women as indicated in paragraph 2., and advertised the advertisement to “E,” which is a commercial trade intermediary, 15 daily average of 15 male customers who discovered the advertisement, with the advertisement amount of KRW 5,00,000, 60, and 70,000 as the price for commercial sex acts from male customers who received the advertisement report to the marina room, and announced them to the marina room, and caused employees, such as the above D, etc., to do an act of similarity in such a way as to stimulate their fingers by hand and hand.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic advertisement) in order to advertise the said commercial sex acts, which are commercial sex acts establishments, during the period indicated in paragraph (1) of Article 1, set up a website with the name of “E” website manager, which is a commercial sex acts advertising site, to pay KRW 500,000 per month to the manager of the website and “F,” and “AS 70,000,000 won for each course, BS 90,000 won for CS 110,000 won for CS 1.40,000 won for each course,”
