A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.
The defendant shall order the completion of a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 1, 2008, the Defendant was appointed as a middle school teacher on March 1, 2008, and from around 2013, the Defendant was employed as a D middle school teacher in Category C and was released from his position on June 7, 2016.
1. Crimes against E by a victim;
A.
