A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on the seventh floor of Guro-gu Building D, worked as a wedding agent in the Ewa Holdings, was in charge of the management of the part-time production, and the victim F (the age of 17) was in charge of the management of the part-time production from March 2, 2015 to April 2, 2016.

1. The Defendant, entering a toilet, was unable to get the victim from leaving the room, and was forced to get the victim's breasts of the victim while he was unable to get the victim's care. The Defendant was able to get the victim into the toilet and got the victim's breasts of the victim.
