A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is no longer aware of the victims.
1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;
A. On April 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on the street in front of “C” located in Boan-si B, Boan-si, B; (b) subsequently, after the victim D (a) who was a mixed middle school uniformed, the victim D (a person under 14 years of age) was able to gather the Defendant’s hand inside the bed of the victim himself/herself; and (c) forced the victim to commit an indecent act against the victim, who is a child or juvenile, by putting the victim’s hand in the bed of the victim.
