Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 17, 2013, the Defendant, at around 23:05, 2013, posted a time limit to the victim D (the age of 35) who smokes tobacco at the entrance of the second floor “Cju shop” building “Cju shop” located in the Busan East-gu, Busan, and 2013.

Therefore, when the victim answers to the "I am smoking tobacco", the victim saw "Chewing feas, tobacco in a way that I am out," and read "I am" to read that the victim "I am" was "I am out," and the victim am out the victim's face by hand, and assaulted the victim one time in the victim's face.
