The legal effect of any act represented by or on behalf of a participant in a partnership

The legal effect of a land owner's act acting on behalf of the land owner company if he/she had been in the position of acting on behalf of the land owner company in the status of acting on behalf of the land owner company, even though the land owner directly entered into a cargo transport contract.

The contents of the decision shall be the same as attached.

The appeal is dismissed.

The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiff.
