A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 1, 201, the Defendant forged private document: (a) stated in the column for deposit money in the real estate lease contract in the column for deposit money of “25,00,000,000” in the column for deposit money in the real estate lease contract within the passenger car of the French-dong No. 653-7, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Seoul, stating “Seoul D, 201, and EF” in the lessee column, and affixed the F seal next thereto.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement in F, a private document related to rights and obligations, in collusion with the above inf.

2. On September 6, 201, the Defendant, in collusion with the above influence, presented the forged real estate lease contract form as if it were duly formed with the above influence.

3. On September 6, 2011, the Defendant filed an application for a loan with the victim Young-dong Agricultural Cooperative as collateral of the above No. 401, which was false as to the value of the security under the above 401 by offering a forged lease contract with the lessee F of the above 401 and the 1300 million won deposit to employees of the victim whose name is unknown even though he/she concluded a lease contract with the 401 lessee F of the above 401.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was given a loan of KRW 128 million from the victim as security of the above No. 401.
