Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 12, 2011, the Defendant is the former wife of C, a divorce between the Defendant and C, and is a person who registered the founder and operator of a private teaching institute in the name of C in the name of C (D 303) and operated the “E.”

The Defendant, around October 2008, at the time when C had left the Republic of Korea on the ground of public records, etc., told C to the effect that “A private teaching institute is difficult to operate” by telephone, and that C responded to the purport that “a lessee would rent a private teaching institute, if you want to do so, I would like to do so, I would like to obtain the explicit consent of C in order to enter into a lease agreement under the name of C.

However, the Defendant, on December 2008, did not obtain C’s consent due to the circumstance that the Defendant could not know at the beginning, thought F to lease the above private teaching institute building.

1. Forging and exercising a real estate lease contract;

A. On December 9, 2008, the Defendant, at E office located D303, in the real estate location column of the site for the real estate lease contract, voluntarily sealed C’s seal kept in C’s name and adjacent to C’s name and affixed C’s seal on the date of preparation of the lease term column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease contract in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1(a), exercised the following as if it was a document duly formed with a forged real estate lease agreement with the lessee F, who is aware of the forgery.

2. Counterfeiting and exercising a notice of change of the founder and operator of a private teaching institute;

A. On December 2008, the Defendant was kept at the Gyeonggi-do Office of Education’s office of lifelong education located in Mosung-si.
