1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years;

2. Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a person handling narcotics shall possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, give or receive, trade, arrange for trade of, or provide psychotropic drugs.

The defendant is not a person who handles narcotics as a nationality foreigner of the Thailand.

1. On October 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act was a married foreigner who entered the Republic of Korea as a short-term tourism visa (B-1) and was staying in Korea in excess of the period of sojourn from January 14, 2017, the expiration date of the period of stay without obtaining permission from the Minister of Justice for extension of the status of stay.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On March 5, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00 on March 5, 2020, on the part of a factory working for C (one-name D) located in C (one-name D) in C (one-name D) on March 5, 202; (b) on the part of the factory, the psychotropic drugs-related kylphones; (c)

(2) Around 00:00 on April 11, 2020, the Defendant purchased and sold approximately KRW 0.6g of 300,000,000 and purchased approximately one gram of gramphone from G (H) in Yeonsu-gu Incheon EF (one name “H”).

B. At around 00:00 on April 11, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones in a way that makes it difficult for the Defendant to take approximately 0.2g of philophones in a inhaled-type EF of Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, to take a philophone in a pipe of glass and to take a smoke generated by attaching fire under the pipe.

Application of the Acts and subordinate statutes to the records of seizure, list of seizure, photographs of seized articles, photographs showing the details of transactions with a single name D, separate criminal records, protocol of suspect interrogation, copy of suspect interrogation, statement of narcotic appraisal, and statement of accusation;

1. Article 94 subparagraph 7 of the Immigration Control Act and Article 17 (1) of the Immigration Control Act (the point of sojourn in violation of the period of stay and the choice of imprisonment), each of the relevant criminal facts and the choice of punishment;
