Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person other than a person handling narcotics shall not possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, give or receive, trade, arrange for trade of, or offer psychotropic drugs, and the defendant shall not be a person handling narcotics with the nationality of a Thailand.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. At around 18:00 on July 8, 2020, the Defendant provided approximately 0.2g of psychotropic drugs to C (one name D), E (one name F) and G (one name H) respectively within the residence located in Yangju-si B, respectively.

B. At around 06:00 on July 24, 2020, the Defendant: (a) received approximately KRW 500,000,00 from C and traded 1g of phiphones at the place of residence indicated in the preceding paragraph; and (b) purchased and sold phiphones at a cost.

C. (1) At the time, at the time, at the place, the Defendant administered 0.2g of philophones in a scopon in a scopon in a way that takes about 0.2g of philophones in a scopon pipe and takes about smokes from the bottom thereof. (2) On August 25, 2020, the Defendant administered approximately 0.2g of philophones in the same manner as indicated in the preceding paragraph at the place as indicated in the port of paragraph (a).

2. On April 22, 2010, the Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act: (a) was a married foreigner who entered the Republic of Korea as a short-term tourism visa (B-1); and (b) was staying in Korea in excess of the period of sojourn from July 21, 2010 to September 8, 2020 without obtaining permission for extension of the status of stay from the Minister of Justice; and (c) was staying in Korea from July 22 to September 21, 20
