Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant conspired with B to open the cell phone in the name of the mobile phone agent C with the fact that the photograph of C’s resident registration certificate obtained by B is similar to B’s face, and dispose of it to the middle and high cell phone sales store.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On May 23, 2015, the Defendant and B forged one copy of the service contract in the name of C for the purpose of exercising the new opening of the mobile phone in the name of C from the mobile phone sales store located near Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to the customer column of the new contract for the service under the name of C, to apply for automatic transfer, to Korea bank, bank number H, bank account number H, resident number A, resident number I, and application/subscriber, to the customer column of the resident registration number column, and to use the "C" for the new opening of the mobile phone. (b) On May 25, 2015, the Defendant and B forged one copy of the new service contract in the name of C for the purpose of using the "C", "C", the resident registration number, bank account number", "H, Korea's name, customer name, "A", and "C" to the customer column of the application for subscription under the name of C.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

(a) The Defendant and B, like paragraph 1(a), have delivered one copy of the application for new subscription of a service forged as if it were duly formed to an employee who is not aware of the fact that the name of the F Agency was not known and exercised as if it were duly formed.

B. The Defendant and B, like paragraph 1-b, delivered one copy of the forged new entry application to K’s proprietor M as if it were a document duly formed.

3. Fraud;

A. The Defendant and B presented one forged application form at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 2(a) and one copy of the obtained C’s resident registration certificate at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 2(a) and demanded to open one cellular phone by driving it as C.
