Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2013, Defendant A, along with G in Cambodia, installed a malicious program on a credit card merchant’s POS computer through hacking, deducted credit card users of the franchise store, and conspired to sell and divide profits from the credit card information, and then delivered approximately KRW 20 million U.S. dollars to G with the cost of purchasing servers necessary for hacking.

At around 02:32 on December 28, 2013, G had access to IP addresses (RP) operated by POS computer controlled entities (State), such as the “RP 22.231.62.13 System,” from the time to March 20, 2014, using ten IP addresses (10) as indicated in attached Table 10 to the aforesaid RP services, using the ID and passwords (2.4) through three IP addresses as indicated in attached Table 17(1) through the same method, and using three IP addresses as indicated in attached Table 2(2) through (4).

(2) On January 5, 2014, G created a file that connects approximately 26 files to store credit card users’ credit card information separately from that time from that time to February 1, 2014, including those remotely connected to the POS computer of the J “J” coffee specialty store located in Sinpo City, G, from January 5, 2014.

(3) At around 09:47 January 6, 2014, G was connected to the POS computer of the “M” in the name of L located in G in the North-gu Seoul Northern-gu, Gwangju, from that time, around the same year.

2. By up to 17:38, up to 17:17. 17., access to the POS computer admitted in the name of another person over 85 times, such as the list of offenses (5) in the annexed list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant in collusion with G, and without access authority.
