The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the primary facts of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of the crime, and found the defendant not guilty of the conjunctive facts added by the court below on the grounds that there is no proof of the crime. There is no violation of law of free evaluation of evidence in violation of the law of logic and experience as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
