In light of the records, the court below, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, maintained the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the primary charges among the facts charged in this case on the ground that there is no proof of crime, and judged the acquittal not guilty on the ancillary charges added by the court below on the ground that there is no proof of crime. In so doing, the court below did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal and exceeding the bounds of free
