A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 07:30 on April 23, 2019, the Defendant: (b) parked in the factory parking lot located in Jeju-si B without correcting the door of the victim C (38 years of age); (c) entered the said vehicle into the said vehicle and stolen the said vehicle with property equivalent to KRW 238,200,00 in total at the market price of KRW 5,000 in cash owned by the said victim and KRW 24,700 in the said vehicle; and (d) NHFF Credit Card, etc., with five credit cards, including the said victim’s cash 24,700, and NHFF Credit Card.

2. On April 23, 2019, the Defendant, at around 08:10 on April 23, 2019, purchased Haitre C’s 1 cand, Cheongpodok cand, Cheongpodok cand, 1 scarbred, 2 Darasan C, 2 3 Karasan C, 2 Karasan C, and 2 Kabro tobacco, as seen in paragraph (1), by settling the NH credit card of the said 26,40 won as if the said NA was one of its credit card holders, thereby deceivinging the said victim, and using the stolen credit card in total at 26,40 won.

3. On April 25, 2019, at around 21:00 on April 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) parked in the G-wing truck door of the victim H (the age of 45) at the J side located in Jeju Island, without correcting the gate of the victim H (the age of 45) operation; (b) entered the said vehicle into the said vehicle, and stolen the said vehicle with one key owned by the said victim.

4. On April 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00 on April 25, 2019, 201, the Defendant: (b) was parked on the street in front of a cafeteria at Jeju, while not correcting the door of the victim’s L (42 years of age); and (c) entered the said vehicle into the said vehicle and stolen the said vehicle with a cash amounting to KRW 7,000, and one vehicle’s key located in the said vehicle.
