[Criminal Justice] On June 14, 2012, Defendant B was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at Jeju District Court, and was released on November 30, 2012 in the Jeju Correctional Institution on parole on December 23, 2012 and the parole period expired.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. The Defendants entered the above cafeteria through the open door, and jointly intruded on the building, and they cut off with cash 30,000 won in cash and pigs 20,000 won in cash.
On April 6, 2013, the Defendants: (a) deemed that the keys was posted to the victim R R, which was parked in Q front way P at Jeju, around 16:50 on April 6, 2013; (b) Defendant A is driving the said vehicle; and (c) Defendant B is driving the said vehicle; and (d) Defendant B is a cell phone of the amounting to KRW 900,000 of the market price owned by the said victim, which was on board the vehicle on the front line of the said vehicle and the said vehicle on the front line, equivalent to KRW 5,00,000, market price of KRW 50,000, market price of KRW 50,000.
